Ilocos Sur Hotline –Reaching out to the people

Santiago Ilocos Sur - More or less 500  town folks comprising children ,adult & sick persons from Santiago Ilocos Sur & nearby towns were reached & served last september 5, 2009 . Mentioned vicinity was the first recipient of the provincial g  overnment radio progam , Ilocos Sur Hotline

      Gov, Deogracias Victor” DV “ B. Savellano said th‘ve decided perform or operate the said radio program in different towns to reach out & serve more residents of the province.                     

       We notice that the number of people we are serving keeps on decreasing as we continue ourselves in the radio station because of unaffordable fare in coming to the station . So ,we decided to reach out to the people by having this radio program, Ilocos Sur Hotline be held at the different townsof the province,the governor said in his new TV program, Kabsat DV on TV at  NBN  Vigan.
